My food diary: Day 1
This is a self record, a way to keep track of my food diet.. this time it is a self-induced died for a better,healthier me. Each day i will post the food i had cooked for myself and any comment i might have on them.

For lunch, i prepared a chicken breast which was marinated in some chilli and tomato sauce, then grilled in a pan; I also made some stirr-fried vegetables with some of my choice seasoning and one boiled potato.. a wholesome meal and quite light on lipids and carbs.. nice start hah?
