My food diary: Day 6

Today, i was in the mood for a small experiment.. i cooked some chicken breast pieces with garlic and coriander and a squeeze of lemon juice.. on the side, i made some boiled rice and a bit of vegetable soup. I noticed it tasted well though i placed no oil or any other kind of fat like chicken stock or so on.. spices make anything taste better 🙂

For lunch, I prepared some rice today with vegetables and had a steak pan grilled with spices. Laban was a great addition to my meal 🙂
